INTEGRITY ENGINE
The Integrity Engine is at the heart of all our sites. It has been developed specifically to allow bespoke sites to be created quickly, cleanly, with the visual ‘Wow!’ factor normally found on sites that cost ten times as much. Powerful enough to give seasoned web developers all the tools they need to tweak every setting behind the scenes, it is easy enough that anyone can create good-looking, well built pages, with no coding or experience required.

OUR PROCESS
When you entrust your project to us, we are keen for you to be involved at every step – the details of which are shown below. Unlike our competitors who will only request your input at specific stages of the project, we welcome your input at every stage – as we believe the close engagement with our clients will result in a more seamless build, and results with a better website – which is in both our and our client’s best interests.
1. WEB SPEC
We begin by sending an online form, which allows us to understand your requirements. Following a consultation we will produce a full specification including a detailed quotation and project timings.
2. WEB DESIGN
When the specification has been agreed, a series of ‘wireframes’ will be produced, which outline the page structures. Once approved by the client, we will develop high fidelity mock-ups of each core page.
3. WEB DEV
Once the overall structure and design of your site has been approved, your web space will be created on our hosting package, our framework installed and we will build your website according to specification.
4. WEB TESTING
After the website build has been approved, we will apply SEO, and test the site across all browsers, resolutions and a broad range of devices – so you can be certain your site will look good however your customers access it.
5. SITE DELIVERY
Having received final approval, the site will be set live for public viewing. at this point we will provide documentation regarding site usage, together with the agreed maintenance schedules.
CUSTOMER INTERACTION
We understand that your website is owned by you to promote your business – not an opportunity for us to exercise our own design preference for the sake of our portfolio. Therefore, we encourage our clients to work with us throughout the entire process, helping us to understand the vision you have for your website and working together to make it a reality. We encourage you suggest changes to designs at both the wireframe and high fidelity level as well as see the site mid-development. While we will advise you on how best to adhere to current web standards and engage your viewers, ultimately, you are the boss! Once the project has been delivered, clients can also log into their website and update it after it’s live – without any coding knowledge.
WEBSITE / HOSTING SECURITY
We take the security of our websites and our hosting seriously. All of our sites are built from the ground up with security and privacy in mind, including SSL certificates included as standard, and this is integrated right from the start – not tacked on at the end as an afterthought. Even our basic hosting packages have a highly effective firewall, configured to let your customers in while keeping the bad guys out. We use this protection on all our sites, and it successfully resists even the most persistent attacks. For e-commerce sites, or those who want even more, we offer security with real-time updates. Additionally, we offer comprehensive backups on a pre-agreed schedule, so your site can always be recovered if something goes wrong.
